Inventory Management

At the core of the IMS framework operates an inventory system tightly integrated sales and marketing features. A database of products, customers and contacts tightly integrated for the purpose of efficient inventory management and sales order processing. The IMS is designed to reduce the time required to manage your inventory and allows you to manually change stock levels and fully automated through sales, purchasing, moving and picking.

Sales Order Fulfillment

The IMS order fulfillment module is equiped with features that make it easier for you to take sales orders and maintain customer satisfaction at the same time, whether you're at your office behind your desk or on the road using a tablet. As you take your orders you are allowed to change or add customer details, change or add delivery addresses / locations, check real-time stock-levels, copy from customer sales order history and work with customer specific pricing. Every function is controlled by user permissions, you can for example grant or deny selected staff to overrule customer specific discounts.

Invoicing

As part of the sales order fulfillment process, the system can produce back-orders, forward orders, quotations, customer order picking lists and delivery orders. As the last step of the order processing invoices are automatically created and can easily be retrieved, reported and exported.

Marketing

The IMS is loaded with marketing features to help you to stay in touch with your clients and generate new business. Stay in touch with your customers by frequently sending them valuable information with the built-in email campaign module. No time to do your marketing? With zero assistance required, the IMS is capable of sending automated newsletters with new product information to your clients.

By using tags in your email campaigns or with other means of internet advertising you are able to measure real ROI, making it very easy for you to focus on your profitable marketing channels. The IMS framework is a web based solution and equiped with tools to build a public e-commerce website or partner portal on top of your inventory system. Sales generated through your website or portal seamlessly integrates with your regular sales order processing. The IMS allows you to select these contacts and send them an email invitation with special offers and make them return to your website.
